We manufacture customised roller test benches and rooms for heavy vehicles and machinery. Measurements and inspections of vehicle characteristics are carried out on the roller test bench.

The roller test bench can be combined with the testing of the vehicle’s hydraulic and electrical systems. The vehicle can also be connected to a wireless measuring system. The load and functions are controlled from the cabin of the vehicle using a wireless control panel. Connection to the vehicle’s CAN bus can also be established. Safety of operation is seamlessly integrated into the safety systems of the roller test bench and the vehicle being tested.

Lakome Oy has built numerous transmission module testing environments designed for transmission flushing and transmission unit test runs.

Test runs of the transmission module take place in a separate test room with a window, taking into account heat, oil splashes and noise impact. At the equipping station, all hoses, fittings and wires necessary for the test will be automatically or manually attached to the transmission module. We are also able to carry out any necessary implementations of dollies and trailers.

The testing environments are structurally designed and implemented for continuous, controlled production.

The static tension tester is an automatic battery-powered testing system designed for the testing of vehicle seat, safety belt and anchorage safety. The entire system is wheeled and can be easily moved to the testing site.

The static tension tester is conducted by measuring the force and seat position. The equipment also allows for the measuring of a group of seats. The system stores all test results, test reports and measurement curves in a database. Tensile and load ramps can be set and stored on the PC controlling the equipment.

The hydraulic motor test bench is a production test bench that enables a capacity of 20,000 annual test runs when working in two shifts. The test bench can be used to simultaneously test run one to three motors in a staggered manner.

The rotator test bench is designed to simulate the loads on rotators in harvester use. By adjusting the load mode and the magnitude of the applied forces, it is possible to create different types of test situations which can be used to determine the durability of the rotator under different load scenarios encountered when the harvester is used.  The test bench is structurally designed for continuous unmanned operation.

The Lakome Ovex testing equipment is designed for the diverse testing requirements of doors and windows. Lakome Ovex rigorously tests and classifies the quality of doors and windows in accordance with international standards.

Noise and traction measurements are conducted under normal road traffic conditions. The trailer has three axles: a front axle that pivots 30° in relation to the centre line, a load-bearing axle and a beam axle. In the test situation, the load-bearing axle is affected by the braking gear used and by hydraulic service brakes connected to the tractor’s braking circuit.

For the Jyväskylä fair and event centre Paviljonki, we designed two revolving auditoriums which can be used to divide the auditoriums into different-size spaces. The design of the revolving auditorium was driven by the need to achieve a controlled and safe rotation, allowing it to face both the small and the large stage as required.
